Dizo has expanded its portfolio in India by introducing the Dizo Buds P in the country. These affordable headphones will compete against the Boat Airdopes 131 and Boult Powerpods due to their semi-in-ear design like the original Airpods. These headphones also owe their box design to the original Airpods.
The retail price of the Dizo Buds P has been set at Rs. 1,599 and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart, starting July 5th. It will be available for a starting price of Rs. 1,299 on the first sale. It comes in three different color options – Dynamo Black, Shady Blue and Marble White.
The Dizo Buds P come with 13mm drivers and have a Bass Boost+ algorithm, which we can safely assume is some sort of equalizer with an emphasis on the lower frequencies.
This headset comes with a combined battery life of 40 hours and a battery life of 7 hours for the buttons, which is pretty good for something on this budget. Dizo also claims that fast charging on the Buds P will give the user a playtime of 4 hours with 10 minutes of charging with USB C charging.
The Buds P has smart controls that can be accessed with the Realme Link app, which allows you to control and customize button touch controls and more.
As with most of the true wireless Dizo headphones, this one also comes with a low latency of 88ms in game mode, which guarantees a better gaming experience. The Buds P also come with an IPX4 rating, offering protection from sweat and splashes.
Finally something unique from Dizo
While Dizo has released many affordable wearables, most of these products are rebranded Realme products. For example, take a look at the Dizo GoPods D and Realme Buds Q2 – both TWS are identical in terms of specs and features with minor differences.
We’re now seeing something unique from Dizo in the TWS segment, as this is the brand’s first mid-in-ear TWS at an aggressive price.
Though it’s interesting to see if Realme or Realme Techlife would end up releasing the Dizo Buds P under a different moniker in the near future. After all, Realme is known for overcrowding the market with similar products across all categories.
